Dustin Weldon is in his first year at Dallas Baptist University as the Graduate Assistant Coach for the Patriot Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams under the leadership of Head Coach Kenny Trapp.
Weldon assisted Coach Trapp through an internship last spring before graduating in May of 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Exercise Science.
Weldon is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sport Management from DBU and plans to graduate in May of 2015. Weldon was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and attended San Antonio Christian High School where he lettered in golf and baseball. Weldon, and his family, attend Trinity Baptist Church in San Antonio.
